We filetrack and report all tickets and ensure thereby auditability. If desired, we offer service meetings on a regular basis to continually ensure you enhancement of quality.

An ITIL certified Service Desk tool is used for documenting and coordinating our services . Specific tasks in the SAP system management are handled with the SAP Solution Manager.
